Sam Bello, Founder

Sam Bello founded Oxpier Consults to help growing businesses remove the operational bottlenecks that slow them down. A trained accountant with an Executive MBA and an MSc in Information Technology specializing in Artificial Intelligence, he has spent more than 13 years across fintech, financial services, SaaS, procurement and accounting.

He has served as Chief Operating Officer, Managing Partner and Executive Director, leading operations across North America. At Oxpier he oversees delivery across staffing, automation and web development, working directly with business owners to design systems that hold up as the business grows.

Track 01

For experienced remote assistants and sales professionals who want a long-term contract placement with a business. Pass our review and interview, and you join the Oxpier talent pool. From there, we match you with client roles that fit your skills. The client makes the final hiring decision, and if you are not chosen, you stay in the pool for the next match. Once placed, we set up the engagement, invoice the client, pay you for the hours you work and stay in touch while you work together.

Oxpier internships

Track 02

For recent graduates and career changers who want to learn lead generation, sales and marketing, client services, customer experience or content work from people who do it every day. Internships run for six months, remotely. You learn on the tools our client team uses, with mentorship from the team.

Internships are learning programmes. You are trained to work on real-life projects, with mentorship from the team. Some cohorts have received a stipend. Any stipend is decided by Oxpier and is not guaranteed.
